A: Typical production time for your NRP class ring is 6-8 weeks. Please allow up to one additional week for shipping.
Q: If I am willing to pay a rush charge, can NRP expedite the manufacturing of my class ring?

Q: Can I make payments? When the NRP representative visited the school he/she told me I could make payments.
A: Payment plans are not currently available for online class ring purchases, but may be available through your local NRP representative. Please contact your representative for more information.
Q: I don’t see my custom school mascot as a side design choice, can I have a design made or what are my options?
A: NRP has over 10,000 side designs available for use when manufacturing your class ring, many of which are featured on our website. If you received a special promotion or flier in school promoting a custom side design, simply fill in the item number in the appropriate filed when ordering online. If you are unable to find the design you would like, or would like clarification on which customized side design should be used for your school, please contact customer service at 1-800-662-4723, Prompt 1 or extension 74014.
Q: Can I purchase additional graduation products with my class ring?
A: Standard graduation products are not available on this website, and must be purchased separately. If you would like to purchase all items at one time, please contact your local NRP sales representative.
Q: Is there a time limit on my class ring warranty?
A: NRP Class Rings are custom manufactured to the highest quality standards and come with the industry’s best warranty, which is lifetime and has no expiration.
Q: What do I do if I have a warranty issue such as resizing, lost or stolen class ring, cleaning, etc?
A: It is easy, just send your ring to NRP at the following address, and include our class ring warranty form. Please fill out as much information as possible, and be sure to include your address and phone number. A customer service representative will contact you if there are any questions.
